Doret Florentin & Adi Silberberg are a couple of master recorder players who are very active in the Israeli scene, & collaborate occasionally in various formats on stage. The program “Mirror” is an opportunity for them to play for the audience the most intimate, beautiful, virtuous & fascinating music for this simple but captivating combination of instruments, that unfortunately – isn’t common for one to hear in a top level, of a recorder duo.

The program consists of pieces that reflect each other in few ways, hence its title. There are mutual names & genres that are woven in its “journey” from late renaissance music, through baroque & to original contemporary pieces for the recorders by Silberberg. This gives the concert also an anecdotal interest that accompany the music & gives something additional to contemplate at while listening to the mesmerizing sounds of the sophisticated yet so pleasant pieces that were chosen in order to get the best experience of this coupling.
