Hi all.
In this post I’m happy to present 3 different things I do in 3 new & fresh videos.
The 1st is of a quite unique ensemble called Jerusalem Renaissance Wind Band. We’re composed of 3 Dulcians & 2 recorders, & in this video we play a piece by Thomas Simpson.
The 2nd video is of a nice recorders program I play with Doret Florentin, in which we explore some fascinating music for recorders duo since early baroque & on, including my own compositions. In this video we play a piece by Orlando Gibbons.
The last video is composed of few scenes from the Early Time Festival in Cesaria I’ve played in & produced musically, that was taking place last week. It was done for our fantastic belly dancer – Sahara, & naturally – it focuses on her, but it is a nice glimpse to this kind of work I do, which is composed mainly of free improvisation in open occasions & street festivals. By the way – people usually pull off their cameras & cell phones to shoot in these kinds of events in their thousands, so I have the feeling that YouTube is filled with some improvisation of mine that I’m not aware of. if you ever encounter such a video – especially if it’s a quality video – please let me know:)
Hope you enjoyed these 15 minutes of music. Till the next time…
Yours,
Adi
