Multi-instrumentalist is a person who plays many musical instruments. There are many such in our days, and throughout history, including some of the most prominent and memorable musicians. I, too, along to my special and initial connection to the recorder, started playing at an early age various other musical instruments as well. I started in childhood to play the small organ, violin, piano and guitar, and as an adult I added gradually more and more instruments – some conventional (eg, viola, bass, saxophone, etc.) and some from the field of world music or of the early music world I’m specialized in (eg: Harpsichord , lute, baroque oboe, viola da gamba, clarino, etc.). I actually have approach and appetite for playing in almost all families of musical instruments , and I have in my possession many musical instruments that I like very much to practice, and of course to use at recordings and performances, and I also teach playing some of these instruments.
