.אני רוצה להוסיף כמה מילים על הכתוב בו
בגדול, אני לא אוהב כסף. לטעמי הוא מפריע להרבה דברים בחיים. ספציפית במוזיקה, שהיא דבר שאמור להיות זורם מטבעו ונוגע ישירות בלב, ונובע ישירות ממנו, כסף מרגיש זר במיוחד לחוויה בעיניי, ועם זאת – אין ספק שבמובנים רבים הוא גם עשוי לתרום, ולו משום שכך העולם רגיל. הוא עשוי לתרום למחויבותו של מוזיקאי מסויים לעשות עבודה שאולי הוא לא ממש חפץ בה לדוגמא, אך שהקהל דווקא כן, והוא עשוי מצד שני לגרום לקהל להיות יותר מחוייב להאזנה משום שהוא השקיע בה כספית וכן הלאה, ויחד עם זאת – במובן בגוון רומנטי – הייתי מעדיף שכסף לא יהווה פקטור, ושיהיה ניתן לעשות את מה ששואפים אליו מתוך תחושת שליחות ותשוקה, וממקום של שפע וביטחון. אישית אני יודע שלו הייתי עושה בדיוק מה שאני רוצה בתחום המוזיקה, סביר שהייתי משקיע הרבה יותר ביצירה אישית למשל, וזאת מבלי לגרוע בחשיבותה או בערכה של העבודה הנרחבת שאני מבצע ושאני מקבל עליה תשלום
מימד נוסף שקשור לנושא הוא מימד הצריכה בחינם של מוזיקה. העולם שלנו מתנהל כך שאנשים רבים, ואני בתוכם, צורכים דברים בחינם. לרובנו לא ממש אכפת אם סרטון מוזיקלי ביוטיוב למשל, אחת הדרכים הפופולריות בימנו לצרוך מוזיקה, נמצא שם בהרשאה של בעל הזכויות ו/או אם בעל הזכויות רואה מכך את התמלוגים המגיעים לו על פי חוק. יכול להיות שכן, יכול להיות שלא – כל מקרה לגופו, ולכל אחד מאיתנו מידת אכפתיות שונה. אני מדבר באופן כללי. לי אישית זה נראה הוגן להפיץ את המוזיקה כמה שניתן ולכל מי שניתן. לא נראה לי הרעיון שלמוזיקה, שמקוטלגת כהשראה ועיסוק מבורך, צריכים להיות חסמים כלכליים למעוטי יכולת (ואפילו מבחינה בירוקרטית זה עשוי להיות מיותר), ובהתאם לכך שגם אני צורך מוזיקה בחינם – החל מיוטיוב, והרחק אחורה לשנים בהן קניתי מוזיקה גנובה בפורמט פיזי (ובגיל צעיר אפילו לא הייתי יודע שזה עשוי להיות גנוב), דרך תווים שצילמתי ללא הרשאה מתאימה ותמורה למי שעמל על יצירתם או עריכתם או הוצאתם לאור כדי ללמוד וללמד ואפילו כדי להופיע עם המוזיקה שבהם, בין אם בתשלום ובין אם בהתנדבות, ועד לתוכנות ליצירת מוזיקה, או אמצעים אחרים שבהם השתמשתי לא תמיד ע”פ החוק היבש, או העברת תמורה כהלכתה, שבזכותם יצרתי מוזיקה שממנה אחרים נהנו גם – שוב, בין אם בתשלום ובין אם בחינם; בהתאם לכל הנ”ל אני מדגיש שאני גם בהחלט שמח לספק את המוזיקה שלי בחינם לכל דורש כשמתאפשר, ודוגמא בולטת לכך היא השימוש החופשי ביצירותיי שאני מאפשר מעל גבי האינטרנט (וכן, יש בכך גם פן של קידום עצמי שיש בחובו גם הגיון כלכלי מבחינתי, ובכל זאת). מכל מקום, מכל האמור לעיל אין להבין מחד שאני לא משלם לעולם על מוזיקה. נהפוך הוא – יש לי למשל אוסף דיסקים לא קטן, קניתי הרבה תווים וכלים ליצירת מוזיקה, הלכתי להרבה מופעי מוזיקה ששילמתי עליהם מכיסי כסף טוב וכן הלאה. מאידך, ניתן לראות שבגישה שלי הגבולות מעורפלים, ולכן אני בהחלט חושב שלמי מכם שמתאים, אני בהחלט יכול להציע לתמוך בי כלכלית למען מטרות אלו של אפשרות לעשות יותר מוזיקה מהסוג שכרגע לא מתאפשר לי בצורה מספקת בעיניי, הן בשל מחסור בזמן פנוי עקב עבודות מוזיקליות אחרות שאני מחוייב אליהן גם כדי להתפרנס, והן בשל אמצעים שאני זקוק להם כדי לעשותה ולפרסמה יותר ובצורה טובה יותר,שידי אינה משגת
בתסריט מאוד אופטימי, אבל מי אמר שחלומות אינם מתגשמים, תמיכה כזו יכולה להיות בעלת נפח משמעותי שישנה דרמטית את הרכב תוכן עבודתי ואת פרסומה, ואולי אף את מהלך חיי מהקצה אל הקצה, ומורשתי היצירתית תשפיע לחיוב באופן מובהק וברור על העולם. בתסריט יותר ריאלי, תרומה שעשויה להתקבל בעקבות הכנסת האפשרות הזו, תהיה מצומצמת, ותעזור לי בקטנה להגשים את מטרותיי

As part of the changes on the site I inaugurated a new component – a Support page. You are invited to read it, and of course also contribute: Support Page

I would like to add a few words on what is written in it.
Overall, I do not like money. In my opinion it interferes with many things in life. Specifically in music, which is something that should be flowing naturally and directly touch the heart, and stems directly from it, money feels very foreign experience to me, and yet – there is no doubt that in many respects it is also likely to contribute, if only because that is the world standard. It may, for example, contribute to the commitment of ש musician to do a work that maybe he does not really wanting it, but that others benefit of, and it may on the other hand make the audience be more committed to listen because it had invested financially and so on, and yet – in a romantic shade – I would rather that money will not be a factor, and it would be possible to do what strive for a sense of mission and passion, and from a place of abundance and comfort. Personally, I know that if I would do exactly what I want in the field of music, I would likely invest much more on personal creation, for example, and without detracting from the importance or value of the extensive work that I perform I’m getting payed for.
Another dimension is the dimension related to the subject of music for free consumption. Our world is conducted so that many people, myself included, take stuff for free. Most of us do not really care if the music video on YouTube, for example, one popular way to consume music nowadays, is there with permission of its creators or considers the royalties owed to it by law. Perhaps yes, perhaps not – each case individually, and each of us has a different level of care. I’m talking in general. For me, it seems fair to spread the music as much as possible and to anyone who can and want to consume it. I do not like the idea that music, cataloged as an inspiration and offers a welcome distraction, should have economic barriers for the underprivileged (and bureaucracy boundaries may be unnecessary too), and accordingly I consume free music – from Youtube, and far back in the years in which I bought music in physical  mediums that was actually stolen (and when I was young I did not even know that it may be stolen), through the sheet-music I’ve used without proper authorization and compensation for those who labored on the creation or editing or publication of it in order to learn or to teach and even to perform with music, whether paid or volunteering, to music creating software, or other means I used not always according to the letter of the law, or transfer of proper consideration, I used to make music which in turn, again, others enjoyed as well – again, whether paid or  for free; in accordance with all the above I would like to emphasize that  I’m also absolutely delighted to deliver my music for free to all comers as possible, and a prominent example  of that is the free use of my compositions I allow over the Internet (yes, there is that aspect of self-promotion that also make economic sense to me within it, and still). In any case, all of the above should not be understood on the one hand as if I was not paying to the music world. On the contrary – I have, for example, a collection of CDs, I bought a lot of notes and tools for creating music, I went to many musical performances that I paid good money out of my pocket for and so on. On the other hand, you can see my boundaries are vague, so I definitely think it’s appropriate to offer for those of you interested, the possibility to support me financially for the sake of these purposes – for the possibility to do more music of kinds currently not possible for me adequately in my opinion, both because of the lack of free time due to other musical works  I’m committed to also in order to make a living, and because of the measures that I need for making it and publish it more and better are not really affordable to me nowadays.
In a very optimistic scenario, but who said that dreams do not come true, such support can have a significant volume that will change the composition of my work plan and publication dramatically, and perhaps the course of my life would change drastically accordingly and my legacy would significantly and clearly affect the world positively. In a more realistic scenario, the contribution that would hopefully be made after the inclusion of this option would be limited, and will help me realize my goals in smaller scale.
